CONNECT WITH MAC

1.

FIRST: Call, email or text us to book an appointment - click here.
Once we have confirmed a date and time with you, proceed to step 2

Click on the Rustdesk picture to the right and save the download
Open the download

3.

In the new window that opens, drag the Rustdesk icon to the Applications folder to install the software

4.

Open the Applications folder
Find Rustdesk in the list and open it

5.

Click "Open" on the security pop up. This might take a moment or two to process.

6.

Once Rustdesk opens, you will see a screen similar to this on the right
Give the technician your ID and password, located in the sidebar on the left side of Rustdesk.
